Power up to 1000 HP? No problem with our ULTIMATE Kit! The most important for your engine in one kit. More is not possible.

With this kit you have the perfect combination of forged pistons and our connecting rods for your 2.0L TFSI engine. The high performance pistons come from JE Pistons as Ultra Series, the titanium nitrided BAR-TEK® X-Shaft steel connecting rods with ARP connecting rod bolts, the connecting rod bearings from ACL, the MLS head gasket and ARP stud bolt for the head. Everything you need. Not only do these components work in perfect harmony with each other, but the set also saves you money compared to buying them individually.

The JE Pistons-piston are extra coated for extreme performance and come with the High Boost piston pin. At the same time they are still quite light. This combo is of course perfect for motorsports. With the piston comes everything you need for the installation: bolts, rings and clips.

Also extremely light and at the same time very stable are our special titanium-nitrided steel connecting rods. Thanks to their surface, they can withstand high pressure loads without any problems. They are milled from the solid and have an additional bore for better piston pin lubrication (Rifle Drilled). They also come with everything you need for mounting: the matching ARP2000 expansion bolts and mounting paste.

Features of X-Beam conrods:

  • high strength milled from the solid
  • suitable for extreme power increases of 1000 HP
  • extremely light and very stable
  • Magnaflux inspected
  • 4 pieces per set
  • Dimensions: 144 x 20 mm
  • Weight per conrod with screws only about 600 grams
  • With oil riser hole for piston pin lubrication (Rifle Drilled)
  • precisely angled and tested in our factory
  • WITH ARP 2000 expansion screws 3/8"

Features of the ACL connecting rod bearings:

  • Racing bearing, ACL Race
  • extra coated
  • extra bore for the piston pin

Features of APR stud bolt for head:

  • A MUST for all engines that run with increased charge pressure!
  • The most important bolts from the world market leader ARP.
  • The stud bolt are made from 8740 Chromoly steel and have rounded threads.
  • Up to 40% stronger stretch steel than stock bolts.
  • All ARP high performance bolt kits include ARP paste.

Features of the MLS head gasket

  • Multi-layer metal head gasket
  • Stock thickness of 0.91mm for optimum compression ratio of 9.5:1

Suitable for all 2.0L TFSI EA113 engines with timing belt, as installed in Golf 5, Audi TT, Audi A3 and many more.

We recommend in any case to reinforce the valve train with our valve springs and Ferrea valves. You can find them below in the accessories.
