In car racing as well as everyday driving, the engine should run clean and smooth. The purpose of belt drives is to ensure your engine runs like a clock. All parts mesh perfectly and guarantee that the full potential is used. Aluminum belt drives in particular improve the response of the engine, similar to a lightweight flywheel. This also increases the performance of the engine when accelerating, something that is most effective with the turbo lag. You´ll achieve maximum boost with toothed belt drives that make possible a consistent and non-slip power transmission to the G lader. This makes driving even more fun!

Belt for all engines

Our tuning parts are available for all engines, from the G40 to the 2.7T Biturbo, and for all kinds of automotive brands. For example: Audi, VW, Porsche, Toyota and so forth.

With tuned engines, it is worth having a look at our harmonic vibration dampers (for example for VR6 engines). Unlike the standard dampers, they have a gel filling that eliminates all negative vibrations occurring on the crank drive over the entire speed range. The use of these dampers is recommended for tuned engines in particular so as to prevent the crankshaft from breaking at high speeds. Depending on the setup, you will already achieve an extra performance of 10 hp with the harmonic damper.

Our TFSI & TSI high torque crankshaft sprocket kit reinforces the belt drive at the crankshaft, a known vulnerability of these engines. Two additional guide pins made of high-strength quality steel make sure that the heightened forces in the valve train are no longer a problem. The kit is easy to install; the engine does not even have to be removed.
