Up to 420 hp for all 2.0L TFSI engines of the EA113 series with timing belt and 200 hp base - That's what you get with this tuning guide! We show you how to get up to 420 PS safely and steadily. All parts fit together perfectly and are divided into four performance levels to ensure maximum performance.

You don't need any additional components here. Simply install and have fun! But you should not use Longlife oil. Better use our fully synthetic turbo oil.

So that your engine knocks less and therefore gets more power, we recommend the 102 octane fuel. In addition, the turbocharger should not be too old. The engine should also be in good condition: This is the best basis for chip tuning. Always check the diverter valve!

For this performance level we recommend our Upgrade charge intercooler. You'll always have full power, even in warm temperatures. Our intercooler even comes with a TÜV certificate! In addition, we recommend our high performance ignition coils. The original ignition coils are very sensitive and could lead to misfiring.
Here also applies: 102 octane are mandatory and the GFB diverter valve must not be missing! If you need new spark plugs anyway, buy our upgrade spark plugs directly.

You need a reinforced sports clutch so that you can bring the power to the road. The original clutch can't handle the increased torque. For sufficient cooling, an oil cooler must be installed. You can get this from us as a plug & play oil cooler kit for the 2.0L TFSI. We also recommend our high performance ignition coils. If you have already installed a downpipe, upgrade intercooler and upgrade high-pressure pump, you can continue to use them. You can also get a tuning from us. We will also be happy to individually tune your car on our 1000 PS MAHA all-wheel dynamometer.

Now it's time for reinforced pistons and connecting rods. With forged pistons and steel h-beam connecting rods you can drive the V2 tuning kit to 420 PS stable and safe! High loads and more boost pressure are no longer a problem. In addition, you need a reinforced sports clutch with a single mass flywheel that withstands the higher torque. For vehicles with DSG transmission, the DSG software must be adapted. You can simply contact us for this. More engine power also generates more heat, so a higher oil temperature. To prevent your engine oil from overheating and to ensure that your engine always has the optimum temperature and oil quality, you'll need our oil cooler kit! Jetzt ist es Zeit für verstärkte Kolben und Pleuel. Mit Schmiedekolben und Stahl-H-Schaft-Pleuel kannst du das V2-Tuning-Kit auf 420 PS stabil und sicher fahren! Hohe Belastungen und mehr Ladedruck sind kein Problem mehr. Zusätzlich benötigst du eine verstärkte Sportkupplung mit einem EMS, die dem höheren Drehmoment standhält. Bei Fahrzeugen mit DSG-Getriebe muss die DSG-Software angepasst werden. Dafür kannst du einfach Kontakt mit uns aufnehmen. Durch mehr Motorleistung entsteht auch mehr Wärme, also auch eine höhere Öltemperatur. Damit dein Motoröl nicht überhitzt und immer eine optimale Temperatur und Ölbeschaffenheit in deinem Motor herrscht, benötigst du auch hier zwingend unser Ölkühler-Kit!
